Compact & Reliable Design: DIP (Dual In-line Package) with full insulation (2000V<sub>RMS</sub>) and IMS thermal substrate, ensuring stable operation in high-density servo drive systems.

High-Performance Switching: 15A/600V 3-phase full-bridge with SiC-SBD (AA-series FRD), reducing switching losses and enabling faster motor response.

Intelligent Protection: Independent overcurrent protection for each bridge arm. 6-channel UVLO (under-voltage lockout) and interlock function to prevent shoot-through. FLT fault signal output for real-time system diagnostics.

Enhanced Thermal Control: Built-in NTC temperature detection (select models) and isolated thermal baseplate, critical for prolonged servo operation at high loads.

Simplified Integration: TTL/CMOS-compatible logic, built-in bootstrap circuit, and independent IGBT emitter pins for flexible PCB layout.
