High integration, simplified design: Single module integrates three-phase full-bridge inverter + PFC, greatly reducing the number of peripheral devices, optimizing PCB layout and reducing system complexity.

Compact package design saves space while ensuring good thermal conductivity, electrical insulation performance and safe creepage distance, in line with household appliance safety standards.

High efficiency and energy saving, reducing operating costs: The three-phase full-bridge IGBT adopts low-loss IGBT & FRD, adapts to 5~20kHz carrier frequency, improves motor drive efficiency and reduces heat generation.

PFC uses SiC-SBD diodes, supports switching frequencies below 100kHz, improves power factor (PF value), reduces harmonic interference, and complies with global energy efficiency regulations (such as ERP, DOE).

Multiple protections for more stable operation: Built-in overcurrent, overtemperature, and undervoltage protections ensure stable operation of the air conditioner in a complex power grid environment. Excellent EMI performance reduces interference with other household appliances and improves overall reliability.
