Shenhuaying Semiconductor's products mainly include high-performance IGBT Discretes, IPMs, IGBT modules, SiC, MOSFETs and related drive and protection technology products. These products are widely used in energy conversion, power electronics, electric vehicles, industrial automation, renewable energy and many other fields.
In addition, our advanced electronic components, power semiconductor device packaging production lines and testing equipment have successively passed ISO9001 and IATF16949 certification, and some products have passed the automotive-grade ACE-Q certification.
