Application Discription

UPS is an uninterruptible power supply, which is a constant voltage and constant frequency uninterruptible power supply with an energy storage device and an inverter as the main component. It is mainly used to provide uninterrupted power supply to a single computer, computer network system or other power electronic equipment.

IGBT not only has the characteristics of easy driving, high switching frequency and simple control, but also has the advantages of low conduction voltage and large conduction current, so it becomes an ideal power device in UPS power design.

This type of IGBT product uses FS TRENCH technology, short-circuit current control technology, carrier storage technology, loss distribution technology and capacitance optimization technology to reasonably suppress the short-circuit peak current, which is more robust and has excellent conduction and low switching loss characteristics.
