Charging (application) requires high voltage, high current, and high performance in a high-temperature environment. The development of charging piles with high energy efficiency, high performance, and rich protection functions is essential to achieve longer mileage with the shortest possible charging time . At present, the significant advantage of DC charging piles is that the charging power is large, and charging can be completed quickly.

The launched SJ MOS and IGBT series products can meet the application of high-power DC charging modules.
